It’s simple! When you call to access your account(s) you will be asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). The first time you call, this number will be your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to enter your own unique PIN number. Please also have your account number handy for quick reference. This FREE service gives you the flexibility and convenience to bank from home and keep in touch with your money. (* Please see CSR to activate this feature.)

• Use it as an ATM card, along with your personal identification
number (PIN), to get cash and perform other transactions.

• You can use it like a check to pay for purchases directly from
your checking account anywhere Debit MasterCard is accepted.

• With your Park Avenue CheckCard you can also get cash, check your balances or transfer funds at other banks’ ATMs through networks.

Overdrafts! When you make mistakes or write a check for more money
than you have in your checking account, we have a "discretionary" overdraft service that might be helpful to you.

Occasional Overdraft Privilege might mean fewer charges from retailers for insufficient checks!
